How do I place an order?

How do I pay?
We offer variety of payment options. All of which are handled by trusted and recognized payment gateways.
How long does delivery take?
3 to 5 days from invoicing. Week days only.
How much does delivery cost?
Orders over R1000 qualify for free delivery.
All other orders have delivery cost automatically calculated at checkout. These will be based on final destination, parcel weight and dimensions.
Who will deliver my order?
We have partnered with South Africa's best courier companies - bringing you reliability and fair pricing.
How do I know where my order is ?
Once your order collection is booked with a courier we will send you a tracking link via email or sms.
Can I collect my order?
Orders can be collected from our warehouse in Woodstock, Cape Town and usually within 24hrs of being placed.
Can I cancel my order?
Need to cancel your order before it leaves the building? Send us an email we'll handle the refund. But if it's already on the road, there might be a handling fee.
Where else can I buy these products?
Our products are available from most good retailers across South Africa or our various websites.
What warranty do I get?
In order to give you peace of mind, our products have 12 to 24 month warranties. Please consult your manual or the specific product info page on the relevant website.
The product I bought is faulty. What do I do now?
Drop us an email at email@example.com and explain the situation with some detail on:
Where and when you bought it. Include a proof of purchase if possible. What is wrong with it. Where you live. We will answer within 24 hours on a weekday.

In most cases they are either IP66 or IP67 rated. IP66 Enclosure - IP rated as "dust tight" and protected against heavy seas or powerful jets of water. IP 67 Enclosures - IP rated as "dust tight" and protected against immersion. for 30 minutes at depths 150mm - 1000mm.
